The location can’t be beat! Just steps fr Vatican City! Prati has a calm, safe, hip vibe. Check in was smooth and efficient. Out hostess was friendly and available to answer any questions. My daughter and I are gluten free and Sara went out of her way to provide gluten free goodies for our arrival and breakfast. Our rooms was spotless and tastefully decorated.

The host is very approachable and attentive, she answer our enquiry pretty quick and into detail. The room is clean, location was superb, 10 mins walk to St Peter Bassilica, 3 mins walk to Ottaviano Metro Station and plenty of restaurant and cafe nearby. The breakfast was lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay in here 🙂🙂

Clean and tidy room with elegant design. Self-service breakfast with wide selection of snacks. Perfect location, close to Metro and bus stops, wonderdul Cafe at the corner. Could not have booked better accommodation for visitint Vatican. Luggages can be left at the corridoor before and after check-in, very kind and helpful host.

The property is well located near Vatican City and all the shops and amenities. We were very pleased to meet Sara and her colleague, they were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very spacious and cosy, there was no noise from the street because the location of the rooms were in the back of the building. The breakfast was amazing and very rich. We will definitely return.

The accommodation was great. Great location, quiet and peaceful and we really enjoyed our stay. We met the owner who checked if we had everything we needed and also allowed us to safely store our luggage after checkout until we had to leave for the airport. Thank you.

-Clean room. -Great location. Very close to the Metro and Vatican is less than 15mins away. -Lots of food options within 5 to 10 mins walk from the property. -Simple breakfast provided in the common pantry/kitchen.

The woman at the reception is just wonderful, she told me everything, showed me everything, explained everything in detail, it was my first trip, so I was very impressed by such hospitality. It is clean, cozy, there is everything you need for a vacation and the location is pleasing)

The room was great well equipped, and everything was clean. The good thing is also a little fridge that comes handy for the drinks. The location is also very good. The brrakfast is also very good.
